Freelance Motion Graphic Designer (Real Estate)
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and creative Freelance Motion Graphic Designer to produce 10 engaging videos for our real estate marketing efforts. The successful candidate will create stunning motion graphics that effectively showcase properties and enhance our brand’s visual storytelling. This is a remote, freelance opportunity, and we are looking for someone who can work independently and deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and develop visually appealing motion graphics and animations for 10 real estate marketing videos. These will include promotional videos, property tours, and social media ads.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all videos align with our brand’s style and messaging, maintaining consistency throughout.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals, creative vision, and specific requirements for each video.
- Video Editing: Edit video footage and add motion graphics, transitions, and text animations to create polished, professional video content.
- Deadline Adherence: Manage time effectively and meet deadlines for all 10 videos, delivering high-quality content on schedule.
- Creative Input: Offer creative ideas and solutions to make the videos more engaging and impactful.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Animator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong understanding of motion graphics design, animation, and video editing techniques.
- Ability to adapt to different design styles and understand the nuances of real estate marketing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing work (preferably related to real estate).
- Experience in creating 3D animation or using 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
Project Details:
- Scope: 10 videos (each video length may vary based on requirements).
- Deadline: Project timeline to be discussed, but the expectation is for all videos to be delivered within a specific timeframe.
