Accounts Manager Social Media (Real Estate)
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Manager with expertise in social media marketing for the real estate industry. In this role, you will oversee the financial management of the social media marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure that our real estate campaigns are executed within budget. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and finance teams to optimize spending and achieve the best ROI for our social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budget allocated for social media marketing campaigns in the real estate sector, ensuring that funds are used effectively to drive results.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media spending, ROI, and budget utilization for the marketing and finance teams.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and track all social media-related expenses, including paid ads, content creation costs, influencer partnerships, and platform subscriptions.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to align budget allocations with campaign goals, ensuring financial strategies support overall marketing efforts.
- Cost Optimization: Suggest cost-effective solutions to improve the efficiency of social media campaigns and make recommendations for adjustments based on performance analysis.
- Vendor Management: Manage payments and contracts with external vendors, such as social media agencies, content creators, and advertising platforms.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the team to track and analyze social media campaign performance, comparing against budget and expected outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and organized records of all financial transactions and communications related to social media marketing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in accounts management, budgeting, or finance-related roles, preferably within social media marketing or real estate.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their advertising systems (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, etc.) and MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to track and analyze financial performance and suggest improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional Requirements: Knowledge of real estate marketing or experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
